INDICATIONS

• Ofloxacin , Metronidazole and Simethicone is used in treating diarrhoea. 

ACTION

• Ofloxacin kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Metronidazole kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging the DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively. 
• Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas
