INDICATION

• Gentamicin+Clotrimazole+Beclaamethasone+Lidocaine is used in the treatment of skin infections  and ear infection.

ACTION

• Gentamicin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. 
• Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. 
• Betamethasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
• Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which blocks pain signals from the nerves to brain thereby decreasing pain sensation.
